Siouxland Community Health Center's Walk with a Doc

Join us for Walk with a Doc, a free weekly walking program for anyone interested in taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle! Siouxland Community Health Center's Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Michael Piplani, will lead you on a weekly walk along with fun conversation around a specific health topic.   It's a great way to get active and enjoy all the benefits that come from walking. Meet at the Welcome to Iowa Sign by the Boat Museum on the riverfront each Wednesday at 5:30PM for Walk with a Doc with Siouxland Community Health Center.  For more information, call 712-226-9022 this event is weather permitting.
